Month of May
My time at Arohanui this month has been busy, active, and full of enjoyable experiences. I have really loved getting out into the community, trying new things, and spending time with my friends while building my confidence and skills. One of the highlights for me was going on Community Inclusion to the Strand for the Tauranga Art Walk. It was such a fun and interesting adventure, with so many colourful murals and creative artworks to admire along the way. Everywhere we looked there was something beautiful and unique, which made the day exciting and inspiring. I really enjoyed exploring the area, taking in the atmosphere, and sharing the experience with my friends. During one of my outings this month, I visited the Historic Village, where I enjoyed helping out by sweeping and clearing small rocks from the walkway.
